Overview
Internal Admins & Internal Billing Admins will have an option to manually generate Service Fees for a given location (for past months, if not already generated) by navigating to the Location Performances view.
Checkbox Availability Criteria For Manual Service Fees Generation
The manual service fees generation checkbox is available when all of the following conditions are met:
Your user role is Internal Billing Admin or Internal Admin
The selected location has no existing linked service fees for the chosen month
The selected month is in the past
The location's penetration rate is below the Minimum Penetration Rate, and the performance date is after the grace period end date
The service fee price is configured and not zero
If any of these conditions are not met, the checkbox will be unavailable.

Additional criteria only for
RecovR For Keys: For a given location, service fees should never have been generated in the past. If service fees were generated previously, the checkbox will not be available. ForRecovR For Keys, Service fees are generated only once, even if the dealer's performance declines afterward.
