Users' Inactivity and Disabled Users

Overview

Users who remain inactive for 90 consecutive days will have their system access to the Billing Portal automatically disabled to maintain security. However, these users continue to receive email notifications for invoices, credit notes, and other reminders.

Process

  1. Inactivity Monitoring: The system tracks user login activity continuously.

  2. Email Reminders: Starting on day 75 of inactivity, users receive email notifications every 5 days at midnight UTC, warning them that their access will be disabled.

  3. Access Disablement: If the user does not log in by day 90, their access is automatically revoked.

Re-enabling Disabled Users

Internal Admins can re-enable disabled user accounts directly from the Billing Portal UI when needed.
