I am ready to remit a RecovR sale, but it is missing from the To Pay tab. When will it show up?

If the sale was processed today, it will take a few hours to sync into the Billing Center.

If the sale is more than 1 day old and still not showing, the RecovR sale is not active. Sales/Finance needs to reprocess it, so the consumer can use their device. If it is too late to reopen the deal through the F&I menu, it can be completed in the RecovR Lot Management portal.
